What co-workers say about me..
Vershanjali has consistently impressed me with her ability to bridge the gap between design and product strategy. While her UI/UX skills are solid, her strength lies in shaping product direction through user insights and strategic thinking.
Vershanjali excels at conducting user interviews, running usability tests, and developing UX prototypes that align seamlessly with business goals. She has a keen ability to evaluate user needs and translate them into thoughtful, impactful design solutions.
She brings a collaborative and analytical mindset to every challenge. Her ability to ask the right questions, synthesize research findings, and drive user-centered decisions makes her an invaluable asset to any product team.
Parker Byrd
Sr. UX Designer, Propello
I had the pleasure of working on a project where Vershanjali was a UX research intern. She immediately jumped into the project with both feet steady. I contribute the continued success of the project, which is still thriving, to her empathetic and thorough research approach. She carefully listened to each participant’s pain points or likes and organized all the data points for the group. Furthermore she condensed the findings in a way that made our designer’s job easier. Her collaboration skills is everything a team could possibly ask for. I highly recommend Vershanjali for any position she pursues!

Visual Designer, Dell Technologies
Vershanjali and I had a long conversation during the interview process and she inspired me with her clarity of vision, consumer centricity and deep love for research.
She took on key challenges and meticulously sorted each and every one working collaboratively with all stake holders and building processes as solutions.
Her strong understanding of consumer nuances and behavior and using that to create strategy was very impressive.
Vershanjali is a very gifted creative professional and she managed to leave a deep impact in the brief tenure she was with us.
Her quiet strength, positivity and future forward vision will stand her in good stead in all her following endeavors.

Vershanjali was an amazing example of a capstone student.
I’m impressed with how Vershanjali was a great addition to our project in Dell Technologies. She is a true team player. Professional yet friendly, her attention to details and how she documented everything through out the process were great. She was also exceptional in interviews and extracting the right insights from them.

You might not expect to have met a lioness when you first shake hands with Vershanjali, but that was my experience. Not only is she accomplished in design having created a dress that sold tens of thousands, she demonstrated tenacity, charm, and bravery over the course of the semester.
Context: I teach a class at UT (University of Texas) helping students hone their skills at presenting themselves and their ideas. The final is a seven minute talk with an outside panel of UX professionals. We spend about a month to prepare. During this time students are encouraged to practice.
Looping back to bravery - I harp on this is because the changes she made at the 11th hour based on feedback her cohort was inspiring. Sensing that something was not landing with her talk, she completed pivoted her presentation shifting the theme, shuffling her outline, and updated all the imagery with only a weekend to spare before presenting.
We were all shocked to see such a dramatic shift in her presentation, but the result was well worth the risk! Vershanjali delivered an inspiring and authentic talk owning the hearts and minds of everyone who attended. It's not often that you see this kind of commitment and integrity and I applaud her for it.
